Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections is issuing a formal Request for Proposals for vendor(s) to provide hybrid and on-site substance use disorder assessment and clinical treatment services statewide. The project includes dedicated assessor roles and embedded facility clinicians to improve access to care, address specialized workloads such as substance-induced psychosis, and reduce the assessment backlog. The solicitation identifies a one-year duration with an option to renew and requires insurance. Proposal pricing is submitted as a lump sum.
