Description
Lynchburg City Schools is soliciting a one-time, turnkey purchase and installation of a Hobart CL66-BAS+BUILDUP conveyor dishmachine and an Eagle Group CDTL-60-14/3 clean dishtable. The dishmachine must include the specified 480V, three-phase configuration, booster, right-to-left operation, vent hoods, table limit switch, standard feet, and related accessories. Substitutions will not be accepted. The awarded contractor must disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing dishmachine and components; receive, uncrate, assemble, install, and test the new equipment; make required electrical and plumbing connections; install a new roof exhaust fan assembly; obtain permits; provide a dumpster or remove old materials within 24 hours; and complete the installation within no more than two days during the Thanksgiving break, no later than November 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Operator training is tentatively planned for November 30, 2026. The bid is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the total base bid.
