Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for a complete commercial kitchen and dining facility equipment package for a new campus-style military dining facility. The requirement includes commercial cooking equipment such as combi and convection ovens, ranges, steamers, braising pans, kettles, griddles, fryers, mixers, slicers, food cutters, and potato peelers; refrigeration and food-holding equipment; stainless-steel shelving, sinks, preparation tables, carts, racks, and dispensers; and extensive food-service utensils, cookware, dishware, flatware, and related supplies. The solicitation requires new equipment only and does not accept partial quotes. The contractor must furnish delivery, placement, labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, utility connections, assembly, calibration, startup, testing, and installation support. Equipment must be connected to existing electrical, plumbing, gas, and steam stub-ups as applicable and comply with applicable commercial building, health, safety, and OSHA requirements. The contractor must remove packaging and debris, provide manufacturer manuals, warranty documentation, and maintenance schedules, conduct a one-hour operational training session, and provide a signed certificate of completion and sign-off sheet. Offers must include a completed pricing schedule for every contract line item, a technical description demonstrating compliance with the salient characteristics, descriptive literature or equivalent product information, and the required country-of-origin certification.
