Description
Richmond County School System is seeking a vendor to furnish two complete cafeteria serving lines for Westside High School. The specified equipment includes two five-well hot food counters with enclosed bases, two refrigerated cold-pan serving counters, two display/sneeze guards, and two cashier counters, with specified stainless-steel components, shelving, lighting, electrical features, finishes, and warranties. The awarded vendor must include freight and delivery, deliver using a dealer's or manufacturer's truck with a dealer representative present, remove and dispose of existing serving-line equipment and debris, unload and place the new equipment, assemble and fully install it, make final electrical connections, plumb to drains, level and clean the equipment, and verify utilities and measurements before ordering. Alternate manufacturers may be proposed only if they meet the minimum specifications and include complete technical specifications and warranties. The bid package also requires a completed bid form, sex-offender acknowledgment, E-Verify affidavit, and applicable addenda acknowledgment.
