Description
The contractor shall provide and install a complete replacement galley serving line, including hot and cold serving-line accessories such as cart hot plates, a tray trolley, static refrigeration tanks, a bread and cutlery dispenser, bain marie modules, neutral modes, front panels, and terminal side panels. The contractor must verify electrical and site conditions, coordinate delivery and base access, unload and assemble the equipment, protect adjacent areas, inspect the completed installation, and confirm that all connections and equipment are operational. The scope also includes safely disconnecting, dismantling, removing, and disposing of the existing serving-line equipment and packaging in accordance with applicable European Union requirements; providing staff training; and repairing or replacing defective, damaged, or missing items. A one-year repair and maintenance warranty is required from the date of complete installation. The solicitation requests a firm-fixed-price quote, with technical specifications identifying the quoted manufacturer and part numbers and a completed, signed SF 1449 with CLIN pricing.
