Description
Washington County Public Schools is soliciting bids for a broad range of commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, refrigerated and heated merchandisers, milk coolers, hot serving tables, combi and convection ovens, water-treatment equipment, food processors, can openers, and utility carts. The solicitation includes specified manufacturers and models, with alternatives permitted only where identified as “Like or Similar” and subject to approval; certain items are restricted to listed manufacturers and models. The awarded vendor(s) must provide the equipment, delivery, inside placement, setup and installation, final connections where required, user training, documentation, and removal and hauling of existing equipment when requested. Oven work requires an authorized and certified UNOX installer. Bidders must submit pricing by line item, manufacturer and model information, required signature and affidavit forms, product literature for substitutions or deviations, and the required hard-copy and electronic proposal materials. The initial contract term is one year, with two additional one-year renewal options.
