Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6, serving Region 6 Education Service Center members, is seeking multi-vendor proposals for as-needed food service equipment, repair parts, and related goods and services for public agencies and certain nonprofit organizations. The listed category includes ovens, ranges, ventilation equipment, mixers, slicers, ice makers, food processors, microwaves, grills, coffee makers, griddles, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, sinks, tables, kitchen supplies, cooking equipment, serving ware, blenders, food storage containers, beverage and condiment dispensers, and other food service or school cafeteria-related offerings. Vendors may propose for any or all applicable sections. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity procurement with no guaranteed purchase volume. EPIC6 intends to make multiple awards, and awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to current and future members, which may purchase at their discretion. Proposals will be evaluated for responsiveness and best value, including factors such as price, availability, and delivery; proposals must receive at least 70 points for consideration. The agreement is for five years, with an annual renewal option, and EPIC6 will charge awarded vendors a 1.5% fee on qualifying member sales.
