Description
This construction project requires labor, materials, equipment, and related services for site compliance and improvements at North Tahoe Beach. Major work includes demolition; accessible site work; replacement of paver walkways with concrete walkways; accessible parking and loading-zone improvements; restroom renovations; drinking fountain replacement; site furnishings; boardwalk replacement; erosion-control work; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical modifications; signage; and related restoration. The project includes renovation of three restrooms with new wall and floor finishes, accessories, electrical fixtures, signage, plumbing, and water-heating-related work, along with improvements to the picnic pavilion, including a new countertop, steel work table modifications, and accessibility upgrades. Bidders must hold California contractor license classification A or B, attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection, meet the 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation requirement, and provide a bid security equal to at least 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish 100% payment and performance bonds and comply with prevailing-wage, Department of Industrial Relations registration, and applicable accessibility and environmental requirements.
