Description
The Bureau of Reclamation seeks up to three firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements for new, brand-name-or-equal equipment supporting area/velocity gauging, flow measurement, data collection, and communications. The bill of materials includes Doppler and radar velocity or level sensors, pressure and barometric instruments, dataloggers, GOES satellite radios and antennas, bubbler equipment, shaft encoders, floats, pulleys, chains, and portable velocity/depth meters from In-Situ, AEM/FTS, and OTT Hydromet. The BPA will have no guaranteed minimum and a maximum value of $500,000 over five years, limited to $100,000 per year. Individual calls will be competed among BPA holders and will include their own requirements and performance periods. All items must be new and include delivery costs to the designated destination. Quotes must include the completed solicitation pages, the attached Pricing Schedule, required information under FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, and technical documentation for any proposed equal products. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with completed representations and certifications.
