The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade is proposing a sole-source procurement from Think 360 Arts for Learning for statewide arts education support, teacher professional development, and administration of the Equity in Arts Learning Grant program. The services support arts education programs for K–12 students, teachers, and families, including programming in music, theatre, dance, visual arts, and literary arts.
