Description
The Grand River Dam Authority is soliciting priced offers for major materials associated with the Rocky Point project. The solicitation is conducted as a sealed-bid process through Bid Express; all quotes or proposals must be submitted through that platform, and submissions by phone, mail, fax, or email are not accepted. The bid deadline was amended to October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Questions are due through Bid Express by October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
