Description
The City of Palm Coast is soliciting one or more qualified vendors to furnish 4,000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh on an as-needed basis for sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian paths, headwalls, spillways, stormwater structures, and other city infrastructure. The contract will support both delivery to designated city job sites and pickup by authorized City personnel; pricing must include materials, labor, delivery, transportation, and other fees per cubic yard. The City does not guarantee a minimum or maximum purchase quantity and may use multiple awarded vendors. The initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Bidders must submit pricing, at least three references other than the City, the required forms, any issued addenda, and local-preference documentation if claiming that preference. The lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder or bidders will be considered for award.
