Description
The City of Miramar is soliciting proposals for one or more providers across six independently evaluated service groups: general banking, lockbox processing, commercial card services, merchant processing, electronic bill pay and presentment, and institutional custody services. The requested capabilities include cash management, deposits and disbursements, ACH and wire processing, positive pay, e-lockbox and lockbox operations, purchasing and merchant card programs, payment portals, and custody of a fixed-income portfolio. The contract term is ten years, with two optional five-year renewals, and proposers must agree to fix contract fees for at least the first ten years. Proposals must address the applicable service-group requirements, technical questionnaires, pricing pro formas, references, affidavits, subcontractors, exceptions, and other required attachments. The City may award separate contracts by service group or award multiple groups to the highest-ranked general banking proposer.
