Description
Gasconade County R-I School District is soliciting bids for depository banking services. The scope includes account maintenance, financial management account (sweep), bi-monthly statements, deposits, returns, coin and currency, disbursements and reconciliation items, debit check clearing, credit deposits, depository bank deposits, routing on deposits, return items, internal transfers, deposit correction, deposit notification, safekeeping-overnight, large coin deposits, online services and reports, software and software maintenance, stop payment fees, check inquiry, check copy request, return reports, issues/cancels, previous day debit and credit, ACH transactions including software monthly maintenance, debits, credits, file transmission, originated debits and credits, detail reversal, direct deposit fees, notification of change, returned items, data transmission, online ACH, add/delete, implementation/custom, ACH positive pay, ACH return notification, wire transfers (online and manual), and other related services. The financial institution must note any adjustments or services not offered as outlined in the RFP.
