Description
Central Carolina Community College is soliciting a vendor for routine, professional lawn and grounds maintenance at the Chatham Health Sciences Center in Pittsboro and the Siler City Center in Siler City. The scope covers approximately 5 acres total and includes weekly full-service visits during the growing season, seasonal off-season visits, mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing hard surfaces clean, and hauling leaves and debris off-site. Fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide application, shrub and tree maintenance, and irrigation management are excluded. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, and commercial-grade equipment, including specified mower and trimming equipment and a dedicated two- to three-person crew. A North Carolina General Contractor or Landscape Contractor license is required, and proof of active licensure must be submitted. The contract has a one-year initial term beginning October 12, 2026, with up to two additional one-year renewal options. Bids must be submitted electronically as one PDF through the electronic Vendor Portal and must include the required cover letter, title page, executed bid pages, applicable addenda receipts, vendor response, pricing form, customer references, worker-location form, financial-condition certification, and equipment and capacity form.
