Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks refuse and recycling services for Fort Carson, Colorado. The contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type, awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection approach. This acquisition is specifically set aside for competitive 8(a) participation, requiring offerors to be certified and active participants in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program at the time of initial offer submission. The scope of services covers Fort Carson in El Paso County, Colorado, extending into Pueblo and Fremont Counties, encompassing approximately 137,000 acres and 1100 buildings.
