Description
The Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) intends to award a sole source contract to Ad Hoc LLC for continued services related to the COMPAS payroll modernization project. Ad Hoc was originally selected from the OIT Agile Vendor Pool and has been integral in creating accurate data repositories, analyzing legacy data, and programming key data pulls from the legacy CPPS system. The extension is needed from July 1, 2026 through December 29, 2026 to ensure project completion without delays that could jeopardize upstream and downstream projects costing millions of dollars.
