Description
This solicitation is for fuels mitigation services to protect critical Department of Defense infrastructure and assets by thinning unhealthy forests and reducing hazardous fuels. The work will be performed in the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado. The project involves masticating/chipping small diameter conifer species and Gambel oak, as well as pruning conifer species. There is no product removal associated with this project. The period of performance is from September 26, 2026, through June 30, 2028. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
