Description
This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV) at the Bayfield building located in Colorado Springs, CO. The project requires the installation of seventeen internally mounted, fixed-view CCTV cameras for perimeter doors and one internally mounted CCTV camera for the lobby area. Additionally, the project includes increasing the Bayfield CCTV server's backup storage capability to 90 days. All work must comply with applicable codes, construction drawings, and the UFC 1-200-01. The contractor must adhere to Green Procurement mandates and use recycled/recovered materials where possible. All IT equipment must be approved by USSC/J6ISSM and coordinated with the assigned Office of Security representative prior to being brought into the secure space. Work must be completed within a maximum of ninety (90) days, with a maximum of 120 days of on-site work. All workers must be U.S. citizens, and contractors will require escorting throughout secured spaces. Equipment must not contain wireless capabilities and must comply with Section 889 of Public Law 115-232. Shielded Cat-x plenum or fiber optic cabling shall be used, and all penetrations into secure spaces must be fiber optic installed in metal conduit and properly sealed. The existing CCTV system uses AXIS cameras, and the new cameras must be able to integrate with this system.
