Description
Beaver County School District is soliciting bids to replace the refrigeration equipment serving one walk-in freezer and one walk-in refrigerator at Milford Elementary School. The scope includes condensers, evaporators, related parts, startup and system balancing, freight, installation, warranty, and a timeline for parts delivery and completion of installation. Bidders must provide a full-cost bid including shipping, processing fees, and other related costs, along with a detailed parts list and costs. Evaluation criteria are Utah public education references (25%), device durability and specifications (50%), and total cost (25%). The bid submission must include the requested equipment and installation information, warranty, completion timeline, and a Utah public education reference with contact details on Attachment A.
