Description
The State of Utah Division of State Parks is seeking competitive bids for a five-year contract to supply and deliver high-quality sand sleds, adult and youth sandboards, specialized sandboarding wax, and compatible replacement components for recreational rental operations. Required products include adult-size sand sleds with integrated handles and heat-resistant construction; twin-tipped adult and youth sandboards with sand-resistant slick bases and foot bindings or straps; bulk-packaged sandboarding wax; and replacement bindings, straps, sled handles, and universal mounting hardware. The contract is expected to support an initial order followed by recurring annual purchases of approximately 10–15 sleds, 10–15 sandboards, and 10 boxes of wax, with replacement components available on an as-needed basis. The procurement may result in multiple awards: the lowest bidder is expected to be the primary contractor and the second-lowest bidder the secondary contractor. Vendors must guarantee proposed pricing for at least the first 12 months, and bids must be submitted through the electronic procurement system with the required online bid table and certifications.
