Description
Clark County is soliciting construction bids for improvements to Pebble Road between Las Vegas Boulevard and Eastern Avenue in the unincorporated area of Clark County. The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, UTACS, median island installation, adjustment of utility manholes and valves, concrete work meeting current ADA standards—including sidewalk ramps and driveways—pavement markings, signage, conduit, barrier rail extension, attenuator installation, traffic signal loops, and related work. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and services. This is a Nevada prevailing-wage public works project and a federally funded project subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements and Section 3 provisions. The estimated cost is $14,578,728 to $16,113,332. The solicitation includes required bid attachments addressing bid security, subcontractors and suppliers, debarment, lobbying, disadvantaged business enterprise information, and bidder authority. Bids may be submitted electronically through the Nevada Government eMarketplace or manually at the Clark County Government Center.
