Description
The Town of Apple Valley seeks one qualified design professional firm for a four-year, nonexclusive on-call municipal engineering master agreement. Work will be authorized through written task orders, with no guaranteed minimum volume, and selection will be qualifications-based; respondents must not include fees, rates, markups, or other price information in their statements of qualifications. The anticipated scope includes general municipal engineering; water-system planning and design; storm drainage, flood, erosion, and watershed analysis; transportation and public works; development and land-use review; parks, trails, and public facilities; grant and loan engineering support; planning studies and reports; surveying coordination; design, bidding, construction administration, inspection coordination, and closeout; and related civil, environmental, structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, controls, surveying, and landscape-architecture disciplines. The response must be one searchable PDF, with the body limited to 25 single-sided pages excluding specified items, and must include the required qualifications narratives and Forms A through G. The agreement is anticipated to run four years, with a possible one-year extension if permitted by the Town's procurement code.
