Description
Clark County is soliciting bids for construction improvements along Desert Inn Road from 1,250 feet west of Cimarron Road to Bronco Street. The work includes milling and applying a one-inch UTACS overlay, adjusting utility manholes and valves, installing a median island, replacing concrete to meet current ADA standards—including sidewalk ramps and driveways—and installing pavement markings, ITS conduit, traffic signal loops, and related improvements. This is an estimated $8,500,000 to $9,394,736 Nevada prevailing-wage public works project. It is federally funded and subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements and Section 3 provisions. Bidders must submit using applicable Nevada prevailing-wage rates. Bids may be submitted electronically through NGEM or manually at the Clark County Government Center by the stated deadline. The solicitation includes a bid bond, subcontractor and supplier disclosures, debarment and lobbying certifications, a bidder's statement of authority, and disadvantaged business enterprise information.
