Description
The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires quotations for a ships service generator (NSN: 6115-01-F11-2357) for their 87' WPB vessels. The generator must be 450-volt rated and configured with specific components including a SAE 2, 11.5" flex plate, PMG, MX341 automatic voltage regulator, 110/120 VA heaters, and IP-23 60-degree marine louvers. The model number UCM224F13, supplied with a UC22 droop kit, is specified, and it must meet detailed technical specifications including a base KVA rating of 75, 60 Hertz, 1800 RPM, 450 Volts, 3 Phase, 96 Amps, 0.8 PF, continuous duty rating, and an H insulation class. Packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, using ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panel-board shipping boxes, ASTM-D6880 Class 2 wooden boxes, or ASTM-D5118 fiberboard boxes. Items over 50 lbs must be skid-mounted or palletized for forklift use. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R and be bar-coded per ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. Failure to meet these packaging, packing, and marking (PP&M) requirements will result in rejection and delayed payment. All items will be inspected upon delivery to the USCG warehouse. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The NAICS code is 333618 with a business size standard of 750. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quotations are due by June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide their DUNS number and Tax Information Number.
