Description
SUNY Schenectady is soliciting proposals from qualified electricity suppliers and brokers to provide fixed-price electricity supply services. The contract will be for either a 3-year or 5-year term, commencing January 1, 2027. Pricing must be firm, fixed, and all-inclusive on a $/kWh basis for the full contract term. The college's estimated annual electricity usage is approximately 5,500,000 kWh across ten electric meters, located within NYISO Zone F (National Grid territory). Proposals must be submitted separately for technical and cost aspects, with specific formatting requirements outlined in the RFP. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 30, 2026.
