Description
The City of Stillwater is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide turn-key solar photovoltaic (PV) services. The scope includes designing, engineering, scheduling, permitting, and constructing one or more rooftop solar PV arrays to serve one or more City facilities. The project aims to reduce energy costs, peak demand, and daily electricity use, while demonstrating the City's leadership in renewable energy.
