Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron is soliciting offers for mold removal and remediation services for the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, specifically for Building 714 located at 105 S Hansell St, Montgomery, AL 36112. The contractor will be responsible for the containment, remediation, and cleaning of mold-affected areas, including HVAC system decontamination and fine particle/surface cleaning. The work must be completed within 20 calendar days and adhere to strict safety and environmental regulations. Contractors must possess current certifications in mold remediation, including IICRC SF520 Mold Remediation Specialist certification. The award will be made on a best-value basis, considering technical acceptability and price.
