This solicitation is for GSA certified locksmith services for three vaults located at the Troy National Guard Armory. The vendor or technician must possess GSA certification, and this certification must be attached to the proposal and provided prior to the commencement of services. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for detailed service requirements.
