Description
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional engineering, architectural, and construction inspection/administration services for the LaGrange Callaway Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The selected consultant will be expected to participate in projects listed in the CIP over a five-year period, entering into individual sub-agreements for services on an assignment-by-assignment basis. Firms must be pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in Area Classes 2.09 Airport Design, 2.09b Airport Design - Electrical, and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation. Services may include preparing funding applications, design, bidding, construction administration, resident inspection, DBE program assistance, and rehabilitation/construction of airfields, buildings, roadways, and security systems. Submissions must be sealed and marked "AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES RFQ 2026 - ENGINEERING." SOQs must be received by 2:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Troup County Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley Ave Suite 3100, LaGrange, GA 30240.
