Description
Troup County, Georgia is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified aviation consulting firms for on-call professional planning and environmental services. These services are in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) at the LaGrange Callaway Airport. The selected consultant will enter into a multi-year Master Agreement, with individual sub-agreements for services issued on an assignment-by-assignment basis for projects anticipated within the next five years. Firms must be pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in Area Class No. 1.08 Airport Master Planning and be able to provide plans stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) utilization is required for federally funded projects over $250,000, with a DBE goal of 7.28% for FY26. The scope of services may include airport system/master planning, environmental assessments, aviation forecasts, facility requirements determination, and compatible land-use planning, among others.
