Description
The Town of Highland Beach is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to construct a marine access facility for the Police Department’s marine patrol unit and as an emergency rescue point for marine life-safety incidents. The project includes an approximately 427-foot-long by eight-foot-wide elevated wooden or grated-aluminum walkway connecting an existing Town parking lot to a proposed 15-by-35-foot T-head dock and covered boat lift, in accordance with the ITB plans and specifications. Bids must include one original, one copy, and one electronic copy and must be sealed and delivered by the stated deadline. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for prospective bidders.
