The Government of Canada is seeking up to two standing offers for on-demand refrigeration and HVAC maintenance and repair services at the Pacific Biological Station in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Work will be performed through call-ups on a right-of-first-refusal basis, with the highest-ranked offeror contacted first for each requirement. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and travel required. The scope includes servicing and installing boilers, rooftop units, heat pumps, hydronic heating systems, heat exchangers, glycol loops, pumps, valves, air compressors, air dryers, ammonia refrigeration safety equipment, and related piping and fixtures; performing repairs, leak detection, pipe fabrication and installation, equipment inspections, cost estimates, recordkeeping, and detailed work reports. The standing-offer period extends from issuance through five years thereafter. No security requirements apply to the solicitation or standing offer, although requirements may apply to individual call-ups.
