Description
Metro Vancouver is soliciting a contractor to supply and deliver elevator modernization services, including electrical work, together with Global Elevator preventative maintenance services for multiple elevator units and locations. The scope includes preventative maintenance services after modernization, as detailed in the project documents. The opportunity is classified as a construction RFP with a stated duration of 108 months. Questions are due by October 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM PDT, and online submissions are due by October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT. Bidders must register as a Plan Taker in Metro Vancouver’s Bidding System to obtain the bid documents, receive addenda notifications, and submit a bid. Enquiries must also be submitted through that system.
