Description
Metro Vancouver seeks elevator modernization, including associated electrical work, and Global Elevator preventative maintenance services for multiple elevator units and locations. The scope also includes maintenance services following modernization, as detailed in Section 002410, Scope of the RFP. The solicitation is an online-only construction RFP with a stated duration of 108 months. Bids are due November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. YST; questions are due November 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. YST. Bidders must register and submit through Metro Vancouver's Bidding System.
