Whatcom County is soliciting statements of qualifications from consulting firms with expertise in civil engineering design for intersection improvements at two locations: Birch Bay-Lynden Road and Kickerville Road, and Everson Goshen Road and East Smith Road. The work is identified by county and federal-aid project numbers in the solicitation.
