Description
The City of Bellingham is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive trail master plan for Samish Crest. The plan must establish a clear vision and actionable strategy for trail development, wayfinding, access improvements, habitat conservation, and long-term stewardship. The selected consultant will collaborate with City staff, neighborhood groups, and the public to produce an implementable plan reflecting community values.
