Description
This document is Appendix K, a Service Level Agreement template for Alliance for Innovation’s Translation Services RFP. It requires the awarded supplier to define covered language pairs and service types, including human translation, machine translation with post-editing, subtitling and captioning, dubbing and voice-over localization, transcription, and desktop publishing. The template establishes supplier commitments for platform uptime, response and resolution times, translation turnaround, rush surcharges, quality thresholds, re-delivery, service credits, persistent-failure termination, reporting, governance, data return, translation-memory handover, and transition assistance. It must be completed before contract execution and attached to the executed contract; commitments are binding on the awarded supplier. The document is not itself a standalone bid-submission package.
