Description
Sante Quebec Laurentides is conducting a request for information to identify one or more suppliers capable of providing endoscope rinse pumps to replace existing equipment. Proposed equipment must be equivalent to or better than the SCOPE BUDDY system currently in use and must comply with the stated clinical and technical requirements, including compatibility with multiple endoscope types, automated pre-cleaning guidance, cycle-parameter recording, automatic detergent dosing, compatibility information for different endoscope manufacturers, automatic speed control to limit pressure, and operation without facility renovations. The equipment must also be supported by manufacturer confirmation of use with endoscopes under CSA Z314.18. Responses must include required accessories and supplies, a presentation of the equipment's clinical and technical functions, confirmation of delivery time, current references, and an affirmation of the supplier's willingness, capability, and suitability to perform a complete contract for this type of equipment and supplies. Suppliers must have five years of hospital-sector experience.
