Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package, consisting of 75 each, of disposable medical applicators. Each applicator must have an overall length of no more than 4 inches, a nominal shaft diameter of 0.200 inches, a round tip, and a rayon or cotton head with povidone-iodine. No substitutions are permitted. The supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers. Packaging, preservation, and marking must comply with the stated medical packaging requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and the applicable packaging instructions. The item is FDA-regulated and subject to registration, listing, labeling, or good manufacturing practice requirements. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied and provide bidder, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, and item-description information.
