Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two line items totaling six packages of gutta-percha endodontic points, NSN 6520-01-532-2073. The points are size 55, designed for use with matching .04-taper files and single-cone obturation techniques, with 60 points per package. The item has a 24-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement and is FDA-regulated. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after order to the 71st Medical Group at 527 Gott Road, Enid, Oklahoma. Packaging, preservation, marking, and shipping must comply with the stated DLA and medical marking requirements.
