Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one case of 30 non-sterile, tee-shaped circuit ventilation adapter-connectors with spring-loaded valves, 22 mm inside diameter by 22 mm outside diameter, and an attached bottom cap. The requested item is identified by NSN 6515-01-682-1342 and must be supplied in accordance with the solicitation's medical-device, packaging, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. Quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The solicitation requests the supplier's source and part number; alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. Delivery is required 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance.
