Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one Welch Allyn hospital cart for CP 150 and PC ECG electrocardiographs, part number 105342, NSN 6530-01-670-0891. The cart must have durable rubber wheels, a brake, and the specified dimensions and weight; the cable arm and lower shelf are not included. The solicitation requests that quoters identify the source and part number being supplied. Alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation, but adequate evaluation data is not available at the procurement agency. The item must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with the applicable medical marking requirements, with delivery FOB destination within 20 days after order.
