Description
The City of Delta Junction seeks proposals for bundled internet access and transport at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps, with fiber and non-fiber solutions considered. Proposals must specify download and upload speeds, delivery methods, contention or dedicated-circuit status, usage limits, any required leased equipment, and complete itemized pricing. A one-year pricing option is required; month-to-month and multi-year options may also be offered. The opportunity also covers managed internal broadband services for the library, including equipment, software, licensing, and services to manage network usage, set user or device bandwidth quotas, prioritize or restrict access, and provide content filtering and malware blocking. Proposals must identify equipment manufacturer, model, and SKU or part number, itemize eligible and ineligible costs separately, and provide complete pricing. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must address this specific request and be received within 30 calendar days after the Form 470 posting.
