Description
The Dupree Lakes Community Development District is seeking qualifications from licensed engineering firms or individuals to provide continuing professional engineering services as District Engineer. The scope includes engineering services for the District’s stormwater systems and other public improvements authorized under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, including district meetings, construction services, and related engineering tasks. Applicants must submit Standard Form 330 and a Qualification Statement addressing professional personnel, minority-business-enterprise status, ability to meet time and budget requirements, relevant past experience and performance, geographic office locations, current and projected workload, prior work awarded by the District, and the individual who will handle the District’s engineering responsibilities. Selection will follow Florida’s Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act, with the highest-ranked firm invited to negotiate a contract.
