Description
The City of Portage is soliciting proposals for land-based debris removal services within eligible canals and waterways under its jurisdiction. The identified work includes removal of hazardous trees, vegetative debris, and construction-and-demolition debris. The City maintains designated debris management and final disposal sites and will disclose their locations to the successful offeror. Applicable tipping fees will be treated as pass-through costs without markup. The solicitation uses an email submission format and requires the proposal package to begin with a cover letter or cover-page document identifying the bidding company; Attachment C.1 must be included and marked not applicable when appropriate.
