Description
The City of Hobart Sanitary & Storm Water District is soliciting sealed bids for construction of sanitary sewer pipe lining at Brookview Terrace and Merrillville Heights. The work includes sanitary sewer lining, sanitary manhole lining, service lateral lining, sanitary sewer point repairs, earthwork, pavement patching, sidewalk work, and restoration. Bidders must submit completed bid forms, Indiana Standard Questionnaire Form 96, the Bidders Procedure Checklist and its required documentation, including a contractor’s financial statement. The bid package must include acceptable bid security equal to 10% of the total bid price. Three hard copies and one digital PDF copy of all required bid documents are required. A 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond will be required from the awarded contractor.
