Description
Pelican Bay Services is seeking a vendor to provide all labor and equipment necessary to load, haul, and dispose of horticultural debris at a legal off-site disposal location. The work will be performed for debris located at 6200 Watergate Way, Naples, Florida, with disposal at the contractor’s expense and possible verification through disposal tickets or inspection of the contractor’s disposal site. Annual removal is not to exceed 2,500 cubic yards. The resulting purchase order is intended to run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Award will be made to the responsive vendor offering the lowest unit price per cubic yard. Vendors must acknowledge the applicable terms and requirements and submit proof of Florida business status, E-Verify enrollment, a W-9, and any required licenses. Required insurance includes workers’ compensation or an applicable exemption, employer’s liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability.
