Description
The City of Portage is procuring long-term disaster recovery consulting services related to its active DR-4933-IN recovery. The selected consultant will be expected to begin shortly after award and support FEMA reimbursement, paperwork, cost documentation, recovery records, and related deliverables. The consultant will coordinate regularly with separately procured debris removal and debris monitoring contractors on matters such as debris-ticket reconciliation, invoice validation, FEMA eligibility and documentation review, and reimbursement support. Respondents may use subcontractors and must provide relevant subcontractor qualifications and references. Attachment H requires rates only for the labor categories the respondent proposes to use; unused categories should be marked N/A. The Q&A states that proposals must remain valid for 90 days and that no minimum or maximum number of references is required.
