Description
De Beque School District 49JT is requesting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections and Managed Internal Broadband Services for two existing applicant-owned Sophos XG 135 firewalls. The requested solution must provide fully managed Internet security and firewall services for an unlimited number of users and devices, including service monitoring, management, full implementation, repair and upkeep, configuration changes, and basic technical support delivered online, by telephone, and on site. Proposals must identify all costs, distinguish E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs, and include pricing for 12-month, 36-month, and 60-month terms with two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must respond specifically to the stated requirements and may not consist of generic or encyclopedic price lists. The district may order services as needed and is not obligated to purchase all proposed quantities.
