Description
Peace Crossing Community Development District is requesting proposals for fixed-price construction services for landscape and irrigation improvements along ViaTerra Boulevard in the Peace Crossing community. The scope includes site preparation, material procurement, installation, and maintenance through final acceptance. Major work includes installation of a groundwater well, an irrigation pump station, design and installation of an irrigation system, and proposed landscaping. Proposers must hold all required local, state, and federal licenses and be authorized to do business in Polk County and Florida. The selected contractor must provide a payment and performance bond equal to 100% of the contract value.
